Saturday's book signing with author David Ufer was one of the many events that have been planned at Lakewood Ranch's Little Bookworm.
This was the second time that the independent children's bookstore has hosted a book signing for Ufer's nationally published book, "The Giraffe Who Was Afraid of Heights." The author, a Palm Harbor resident, signed books from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and was available for reading to the children, as well as answering any questions.
